This Carbide Blade is excellent for general degrouting of ceramic tile joints. The blades generate no airborne dust and are "tile safe" since the oscillation action does not cause the blade to climb out of the tile joint like other tools. The blade is bell shaped to allow flush degrouting. The No. 528-118 blade also has a 3/4-moon shape to allow working deeper into corners. The blade is 2-1/2" diameter and cut up to 1/2" deep. Cutting width is about 3/32". Not intended for epoxy grout removal or for cutting ceramic tile or stone.
